Q: Can you help with a specific issue?
A: Most likely! For common aches—like back, hip, shoulder, neck, or foot pain—I’m confident I can provide significant relief in one session.
Q: I think I have an injury. Will massage help or hurt?
A: It depends on the injury. I’ll ask if you’ve been medically cleared. We’ll proceed carefully, and I’ll communicate throughout the session to ensure comfort.
Q: What issues do you treat?
A: I can help with any musculoskeletal aches, pains, knots, and general stiffness, including sciatic symptoms, rotator cuff problems, lower back pain, TMJ, plantar fasciitis, and more (neck, shoulders, back, hips, etc.).
Q: Do you do deep tissue?
A: Yes. I adapt each session to what’s best for you, whether it’s deep tissue or gentler pressure.
We’ll find what’s right for you.
Q: Do you do relaxation massage?
A: I hope you’d find relaxation whether during a session or thereafter. I incorporate relaxing techniques as well as specific, intensive work for each client, based on their needs and preferences.
Q: What happens during a session?
A: I’ll discuss your needs, areas to focus on, and any injury history. I usually start face-down, focusing on the back, neck, hips, and glutes, then turn you over for legs, arms, and face/scalp if there’s time. I use hot towels, stones, warm eye compresses, and premium oils and lotion. I’m dedicated to blending science and artistry in massage, and I look forward to working with you!
Upon assessment, we will together make a plan for each session.
